Literacy and Justice for All
About Us
Why Choose Us?
Holly was thrust into the world of learning disabilities, dyslexia, and special education law, when she was continuously frustrated by her inability to get the local school system to provide the services that her child truly needed to be successful in the classroom setting.
Realizing that her child was not going to receive an individualized education and intensive remediation from the local school system, Holly immersed herself into the world of dyslexia, first, as a parent, then, as a professional. She has received countless hours of training in various scripted programs. She is certified in the Orton-Gillingham approach. She is also a Certified Dyslexia Advocate.
At Dyslexia Specialists of Georgia, we provide individualized instruction and intensive remediation through structured literacy, tailored to each student's needs. We currently provide private tutoring and academic coaching online.
We serve families needing educational consulting services in Metro Atlanta, as well as offer consults from afar, dependent upon the case.
We provide creative, adaptive, flexible, individualized, research-based, multi-sensory, explicit, systematic, and emotionally sound methods to teach children with learning difficulties. We teach each concept with fidelity, our student setting our pace, and we do not move on until our student has shown concept mastery.

Testimonials
Sarah, parent
"One of Holly’s greatest strengths that sets her apart from other tutors is her ability to find a way to connect with her client and keep them motivated through the hard work of dyslexia remediation. Specifically for my son, Holly made sure to regularly include the spelling and rules of “gross” words and weird facts to keep him engaged – he was very excited to tell me all about escargot.
As a parent, I also appreciated her regular feedback regarding my son’s progress and areas they were continuing to work to develop in their tutoring sessions. Holly was incredibly helpful to me in helping brainstorm ways to advocate for my son at his public school."

"Holly is absolutely amazing. she has been tutoring my daughter, who is dyslexic, for the past 3 years. All of her sessions are virtual which has worked amazingly well for our family. Holly is very passionate about her students and helping them to succeed. I still am in awe of how far my daughter has come and she's still growing. I cannot say enough about Holly and the gift of teaching that she has!!"
Julie, colleague
"Holly has students, not schools, in her heart. She will be a voice for following laws from their source, not wives' tales handed down as truth. While I am in Texas, if I was there, and needed advocacy, I'd find Holly Justice!"
